Our Terms & Conditions:
1 A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of check-in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
2 Check-in is available from 12 midday on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only.
3 Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Those guests planning on an early departure are asked to settle their account the night before.
4 No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
5 Smoking is not allowed in any of the units. If you do smoke inside the units, then a specialist cleaning company will be employed and the associated costs will be a charge to the registered guest, and you may also be charged with the loss of income.
6 Parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances, out of consideration for other guests and also to our neighbours.
7 A surcharge applies to all local and toll calls made from the units.
8 Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges will apply. Any extension will obviously depend on room availability. Any reduction in the original term may not necessarily result in a refund if the owner is unable to relet the unit as per the original booking.
